If you use our AI virtual try-on service, please read the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use carefully. The Terms of Use regulate the relationship between you and MagicTryOn Platform, namely: receipt, use, and payment of the Services, Prices, and additional functions.

The Terms of Use are a document that is a public offer agreement, and by accepting it, you agree to its terms and agree to abide by its provisions. References to the words "we," "our," or "us" mean MagicTryOn Platform. References to the words "you," "your," or "yours" mean our user, the person to whom we provide the Services.

By using our service, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms of Use. Unfortunately, if you do not agree to the Terms of Use, we will not be able to provide our services to you. THE FACT OF ACCESS AND USE OF SERVICE IN ANY FORM MEANS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW THEM.

支付條款

For our paid services:

  • All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com
  • 點數在指定期限後過期
  • We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if:
    • The service is completely unavailable due to technical issues
    • You haven't used any credits from your purchase
    • The service significantly fails to perform as described
  • To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details
  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record for all transactions

Billing and Subscription

Important information about billing:

  • Your purchase will appear as "Paddle.com" on your credit card statement
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • For subscription plans, you will be notified before any price changes
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period
